Working principle

The feeding process of GZG series vibration feeder is realized by using two motors to drive the vibration exciter to drive the feeding trough to vibrate periodically and linearly along the inclined direction. When the vertical acceleration component of the feeding trough is greater than the gravity acceleration, the material in the trough is thrown up, and it jumps forward according to the trajectory of parabola, and the throwing and falling are completed in an instant, because of the connection of the vibration source Continuous excitation, continuous vibration of feed tank, continuous forward jumping of materials in the tank, so as to achieve the purpose of feeding.
